Well hey!
You may be wondering why the name of this blog is spelt incorrectly. Lets just say that I am a bit grammatically and mentally challenged when it comes to things like this so please, bear with me.
My name is Kris Christou (hence the name of my blog) and I am a student at the University of Wollongong studying a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies. At this point I believe that this journey through university is going to be like a boring rollercoaster ride. Not much is going to happen at this point. Do I get on the ride? Do I get off it? Is it scary? Who knows at this point.
Right now I love to make videos wherever I go. I feel like my camera and phone have replaced both my left and right hands, becoming what some people say “a technological slave”.
This blog is basically going to be about, me, myself and I and pretty much how I deal with university. I hope its not like high school… This will probably mean people just laughing and enjoying my misadventures and comedic failures all in the comfort of their own home. I also do like to record a lot of travelling, so you’ll have to go to my new youtube channel for that!
Now I should probably finally address the title of my first blog post and make it a tad clearer. Right now life has thrown me some A LOT of curveballs as to what my future may hold. This could relate to friendships ending and beginning, failures of the academic and life type and just the way the world works around me. In general this has led me to the name krisesandchrosses being a relation to my name as well as the journey which will soon fully begin.
Also just a few things about me:
- I’m from the Sutherland Shire in Sydney’s East Coast.
- Dogs and Pizza are my life and if someone has a problem with that please leave or I will have to call the cops.
- I am a massive gamer nerd, anime nerd and slightly obsessed with cookies… But seriously if you wanna have a discussion about a video game or anime for like 5 hours I am so in.
- Movie making and editing is a secret passion of mine, I just love to see the finished product of something that I have created with my own two hands and seeing it come to life on the screen.
Anything else you would like to talk about? Drop me a comment 🙂
